So much help

As you can guess, G has a lot of help doing anything he tries to do.  He can roll over on his own but doesn't have to because there is always someone there to do it for him.  I am afraid  his whole life will be this way. 

 

 

My daddy is the best

This baby loves his daddy.  He lights up everytime he walks in the room.  Anytime daddy talks he stops whatever he is doing to listen to every word.  He is pretty sure his daddy hung the moon.

I love you honey.  Thank you for being such a great husband and friend to me and a wonderful dad to our boys. 

 

 

Cupcakes

D and I made these cupcakes weeks ago and I think we ate one of them, maybe.  I thought they turned out good and I was proud of myself for making the bugs.  I didn't have the right candy to use so I improvised with M&M's cut in half.  I am sure they would have been better with the right candy but when you live where I do you have to use what you've got. 
 

 As you can tell, D was a lot of help.

My boys are so lucky.  Their daddy is fantastic.  They are very blessed and I hope that they will always remember how special their daddy is.  

6 Months

Our little guys is 6 months old today.  Time sure flies.  It seems like he is growing so fast, maybe that is because he is so big.  He is wearing 6 to 9 months clothes today but is a couple of weeks I will probably have to move him to 9 to 12 month stuff.  He is just so long.  I have learned many lessons with him one of which is don't buy diapers based on your first child because your second one is sure to be different.  I have taken back countless numbers of diapers.  Right now he is wearing size 3 diapers so we will see how long that lasts.  He is still a very happy baby and is changing everyday.  He has rolled over a few times but most of the time he is too lazy to do it.  I am sure once he figures out he can roll to get places there will be no stopping him.  Today at the doctor he was 17 pounds 4 ounces and 28 1/4 inches long.  He is in the 44% for weight and 97% for height.  I think he might catch D someday.

 I bought these blocks for D so I made G pose for pictures with them because I am the mama and I can do what I want.  G is thrilled, can't you tell?
