All of my boys

My boys are so lucky.  Their daddy is fantastic.  They are very blessed and I hope that they will always remember how special their daddy is.  

6 Months

Our little guys is 6 months old today.  Time sure flies.  It seems like he is growing so fast, maybe that is because he is so big.  He is wearing 6 to 9 months clothes today but is a couple of weeks I will probably have to move him to 9 to 12 month stuff.  He is just so long.  I have learned many lessons with him one of which is don't buy diapers based on your first child because your second one is sure to be different.  I have taken back countless numbers of diapers.  Right now he is wearing size 3 diapers so we will see how long that lasts.  He is still a very happy baby and is changing everyday.  He has rolled over a few times but most of the time he is too lazy to do it.  I am sure once he figures out he can roll to get places there will be no stopping him.  Today at the doctor he was 17 pounds 4 ounces and 28 1/4 inches long.  He is in the 44% for weight and 97% for height.  I think he might catch D someday.

Just some pictures of the little one

 I bought these blocks for D so I made G pose for pictures with them because I am the mama and I can do what I want.  G is thrilled, can't you tell?

Sweet brothers

G  wants to be able to play with D so bad.  D acts like he wants to play also but I don't know how he will feel when it actually happens.  Right now it is very sweet to watch them.

A few more pictures

I have been going through pictures again and found some more to compare.  I think that they still look a little bit alike and at certain times they look exactly alike.  It is kind of hard to tell because G's coloring is so different.  G is just so much lighter than D ever was.  G is also built different. He is way longer and because of that he looks thinner.  I think that G is going to be built more like his daddy.  I still think the basic shape of their faces is the same though.  Just know that for every picture I can find where they look the same there are at least 10 where they look totally different.

 There some differences for sure but they still look very similar to me.
